现在完成时强调“动作已经做完，重在结果”；现在完成进行时强调“动作一直在做，重在过程与汗水，且可能还在继续”。
- I have painted the wall. —— 我已经刷好这面墙了。（成果：墙壁完工了，很漂亮）
- I have been painting the wall. —— 我一直在刷这面墙。（状态：我浑身沾满了油漆，可能还没刷完）
- He has read three books this month. —— 他这个月读完了三本书。（累计完成了3本的数量成果）
- He has been reading that book for three hours. —— 他已经连续读那本书读了3个小时。（强调读书过程的不间断）
